This weekend has been interesting. Taking three advils at once sometimes four to deal with the pain brought on by an inflammed tissue in my shoulder. Needless to say I was ready to kill someone, including myself. So, when Sunday night came along and the dreary stupidness of a fucking football game came along with it, I only met up with my friends to go dancing where I could use my painful shoulder to throw my arms into the air for a few hours. Haha, right. But lets go back to Sunday afternoon, where I met up with my friends Greg and Mike to see a new show that opened in shitty Boston. Damien Hirst has some interesting show though it leaves MUCH to desire. But a formaldehyde encased sheep, a shit load of flies attached to a canvas, and some live butterflies give you an idea. It was cool actually but I just wish that there was more than ONE room. Ew, one room. Anyways...we randomly ran into Jerry which is pretty weird since you know it shows that even though Boston is more than 2 million people, it clearly is small. Then, fast foward to Peking Toms (a fabulous Asian-fusion place in the Financial District of Boston) and Finding Neverland which was totally charming and adorable and way to un-American, un-Hollywood to win the Academy Award. Losers, my pick is Hotel Rwanda and then Finding Neverland. Needless to say I cried for a good amount of it but a good cry, not a bad one. Depp is amazing in it! All of this is after a "date" with a boy whose name I will leave to be further mentioned (though it is cute). I also for once woke up sleeping next to a boy. And a blond one for that matter, haha. Aww. We shall see on that front though but needless to say my Saturday night was late and it involved more than staring into Braveheart. which was a good two hours though I didn't notice.
Check out this guy's blog for a hysterical photo of some artwork on a building in NYC. Also, the trailers for Batman and Fantastic Four look awesome. I can't wait !
