Weight training has begun, I guess. I got bored with Yoga pretty quickly but I might add it in a day to break up working out which I have begun again full force. Supposedly I can become super toned in less than 3 months which is good, since you know, summer is only 2 months away here. (It being June). Anyway, I am learning from the Master about how to tone. And the better way to do it is supposedly using lighter weights but more reps until you basically exhaust your muscles. Needless to say, they are exhausted and I am trying to eat better. (I already have the lotion and potion beautywear down). So yah, whew, super toned Frank! OMG. I can see abs!
