New PAINTING !

I have spent the last 3 weeks working on a painting that is in my new idea of my art.  They are not all going to be as sexual as this, or even sexual at all at times, but this one sums up what I want to do nearly perfectly.  It is incredibly involved, an incredible statement, and uses incredible amounts (or at least in my history) of mixed media mediums.  But, it is oil.  The piece currently is still untitled, I will update it on my site once I come up with one.  Here is the image and some close ups.  The piece is painted in oil, but also includes marker, pencil, latex paint, a jockstrap, piss, semen, tape, and beads.  It's dimensions are 24 x 30 inches with gallery sides of one inch.  All images here blow up to a bigger version which allows you to see more detail, if you want.  Enjoy :)

sooo sooo thankful you didn't fall deep into the robert rauschenberg including-clothes-into-collaged-paintings schtick (something i'd worried you might fall into). this still looks like you while incorporating a rauschenbergian influence (whether intentional or not) and besides, it's a pretty sexy looking painting to boot (and the piss thing, that's soo warhol, though maybe you didn't let it oxidize, but still, that makes two explicitly queer references, huzzah). wish i could see it in person . . . congrats
